找了一些資料，好像.NET沒有自己的function 去做這些事情
所以還是找java script...
在frame a 讓 frame b 或 主frame reload的方法
使 framename reload
Response.Write(" <script> parent.framename.location.reload() </script> ")
使主frame reload
Response.Write(" <script> parent.document.location.reload() </script> ")
